Hays have been awarded accredited supplier status on both the Specialist Recruitment and Large Volume Recruitment lots of the OGCbuying.solutions’ HR Recruitment Services framework agreeement.  This is the new Catalist framework agreement for the supply of permanent staff across all disciplines.

This runs alongside our existing accredited supplier status on the Catalist framework agreement for the supply of Specialist Contractors under the One-Stop-Shop category, meaning that Hays are now accredited to supply both temporary and permanent recruitment solutions under Catalist.

These Framework agreements enable public sector organisations to source specialist contractors and permanent staff from pre-accredited suppliers, saving time, reducing cost and simplifying the recruitment process.

As a result Hays can offer access to temporary, contract and permanent staff, at all levels, to fill vacancies across Accountancy & Finance, Built Environment, Contact Centres, Education, Executive Search, Health & Safety, Healthcare, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Office Support, Procurement, Project Management, Social Care, Social Housing, Legal.

One-stop-shop recruiting

Hays is one of only three preferred suppliers under the Catalist Specialist Contractors one-stop-shop category, accredited to provide cost-effective access to professionals and administrative support staff.

This framework agreement has been structured to allow customers to call off requirements using preferential catalogue charge-rates, bypassing the need for a full tender exercise.

Specialist recruitment – HR Recruitment Services

Suppliers are primarily focused on quality, supplying candidates for niche area roles in diverse locations, have significant knowledge of their specialist sector(s) and can advise customers on the most cost effective and efficient recruitment activity.

Large volume recruitment – HR Recruitment Services

Suppliers have proven experience in attracting and managing the delivery of large-scale recruitment campaigns, covering diverse roles from junior to senior. They are able to adapt to changing needs, deliver from multiple sites and lead the market in this arena.

Hays are one of only a few accredited suppliers selected to offer the full range of specialist recruitment and large volume recruitment services.
