Contract types
- Contract
(The contract type "contract" denotes self employment. Freelancers conclude a project contract with Hays and on behalf of Hays they work for our customers in a temporary project assignment.)
- Perm
(The contract type "Perm" denotes permanent employment. We place candidates in a permanent work contract with one of our customers.)
- Temp
(The contract type "Temp" denotes an employment for temporary assignments with our customers. As employees of Hays candidates support our customers on a temporary basis within the scope of temporary-employment agency work.)
