Retail
Wates is passionate about retail. Their market is retail, every one of their projects is in retail and all their customers are retailers. Their reputation for perfect performance has driven significant growth, and now manage £160m of projects every year across the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands.
Interiors
Wates Interiors specialises in the fit-out and refurbishment of office environments for the financial, IT, legal and public sectors. They call their approach Intelligent Contracting: understanding what the customers really value and finding innovative ways to deliver.
Developments
Wates Developments is a land management and development business. Privately owned, they have been operating in development for over 100 years. Wates Developments will directly acquire land or promote sites on behalf of landowners.
