Typical areas covered by site admin jobs include dealing with technical drawings, filing, photocopying, assisting with sub contractor payments, orders, purchase orders and general admin duties such as reception duties and answering the phones.

Admin jobs in construction

You need to have a good understanding of the construction process, namely dealing with contractors, architects, engineers etc. No general qualifications are needed but general administration experience and excellent typing, IT skills ie Word, Excel etc. is required. Some site based roles require PPE, First Aid, CSCS.
