Hays Contact Centres launched its latest Salary & Benefits Guide 2007/8 at an insightful and enlightening breakfast seminar, held at the Hilton on Monday 22 October. The morning’s event covered highlights from Hays Contact Centres’ latest Employee Engagement, motivation and salary trends research, developed in association with the CCMA. Ian Tulloch, a CCMA board member, was guest speaker.

Paul Marriott presented the highlights from the Salary & Benefits Guide. Paul has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of recruitment experience. Starting life as a trainee consultant, he has worked his way up to his current role as Managing Director of Hays Contact Centres.

IanTulloch, the guest speaker, is a board member of the CCMA. Ian has worked in the Customer Service industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles ranging from Sales to Debt Collection operations.
Establishing his career in Financial Services, Ian became a Chartered member of the Institute of Bankers. Following this, he established a track record in both in-house & outsourced Contact Centres and was responsible for numerous start-ups.
Ian has influenced & shaped the development of a variety of Contact Centres and has worked with numerous blue chip companies. His current role is as Fulfilment Operations Manager at OC5.
