Hays Contact Centres launched its latest Salary & Benefits Guide 2007/8 at an insightful and enlightening breakfast seminar, held at the Bonnington Hotel on Thursday 25 October. The morning’s event covered highlights from Hays Contact Centres’ latest Employee Engagement, motivation and salary trends research, developed in association with the CCMA. Mike Harvard was the CCMA guest speaker.

Paul Marriott presented the highlights from the Salary & Benefits Guide. Paul has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and brings with him a wealth of recruitment experience. Starting life as a trainee consultant he has worked his way up to his current role as Managing Director of Hays Contact Centres.

Mike Harvard, Managing Director of CM Insight is a leading thinker and practitioner in customer contact management, Mike has been directly involved in the development of many of the customer management techniques that have shaped today’s industry.
Before founding CM Insight in 1998 he held a series of senior strategic and operational roles at Sitel Corp and BT.
