Admin jobs are varied and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of any office.
Admin jobs require organisation and flexibility
Duties will differ within each organisation, but an administrator is normally responsible for:
- Answering phones – taking messages and dealing with queries from customers, clients and subcontractors
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Inputting invoices onto the company database
- Checking emails – responding to any queries via email
- General office duties – filing, photocopying, faxing
You will need to have a flexible attitde to work and have excellent organistational skills. Must be PC literate with good knowledge of Excel, Word etc.
