Qualifications for Health & Safety manager jobs
Health and Safety Advisor jobs in the construction industry tend to require the NEBOSH Construction Certificate as a minimum, whereas corporate, public sector and facilities management companies require the NEBOSH General Certificate. Membership of IOSH is also a common requirement.
Health and Safety Manager jobs on the other hand, usually require an NVQ Level 4 in Occupational Health and Safety or the NEBOSH Diploma along with Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH).
