Hays Senior Finance in Essex reports Colchester business is blooming

Amidst financial uncertainty the Colchester Business Park has paved the way for new progressive organisations and global firms. Over the last year many subsidiaries of large organisations and Plc’s, as well as expanding SME’s have come to Colchester to set up shop. This has seen an increase in recruitment drives and a strong job flow that is 10% up year on year.

Those candidates working in the Colchester area are enjoying salaries not far off those in London, coupled with the added luxury of a healthy work / life balance, good benefits and shorter working hours.
