Student Sponsorship - Facilities Management

Hays Facilities Management is pleased to announce its sponsorship of three awards for students studying at universities across the UK. These awards highlight Hays Facilities Management’s integral role in the industry and its commitment to promoting a career in FM to those who are currently studying.

Specialist consultants have been visiting universities across the country to present the deserving winners with a cheque and framed certificate at their graduation ceremony. The awards and their deserving winners include Best Overall Performance at Leeds Metropolitan University, which was won by Stephen Hughes and Outstanding Student at Sheffield Hallam University, which will be awarded later this year.

Karen Nodwell, Regional Director at Hays Facilities Management, says: “As a corporate member of the BIFM, we take our involvement in the industry very seriously and are pleased to encourage students to remain in their studies and pursue a career in the facilities management industry. Not only is it great to reward the students for all their hard work, but it is also a fantastic opportunity to see what the next generation of talented industry professionals have to offer.’’
