You will have the ability to ensure that everything is prioritised on a consistent basis reflecting statutory responsibilities.

Maintenance experience for asset management jobs

Asset management jobs typically require a relevant qualification in Facilities Management or Building /Engineering services and a good knowledge of preventative maintenance planning processes and systems. You need good IT skills and relevant experience in a similar environment as well as a broad knowledge of associated building trades. A current driving license is beneficial.
